I am back in blogging again 2 days before the new year, after a 1-week break..with sadness and celebrity mood..
First, my grandma passed away on 19-Dec. Then, 3days compassionate leave taken from mon-wed, follow-up by christmas on thursday and a Annual leave on friday.
I have a complete full week of rest.. full of charges now...
But, both of my hands are painful after applied the "turbo human-made fan" on the BBQ day.

Gasoline Returns - Joker of the year 2008
(19, Wed) - When everyone is worrying the company survival, gasoline returns with a joke of the year, 2008. It is unfair to those hard-worked guys thinking whole day, whole year trying to win this award - "Joke of the year 2008", but gasoline did it with 1 single try in this year, which close to the year-end.
After a very proud presentation from gasoline last year with "Inappropriate Attire Guideline", This is definitely considered another strike from her. This is already a "turkey strike" for her throughout the years. Unbelievable.
This time, gasoline returns with a email sent across whole company subjected "FW: Memo Scanned" . The email consists of 2 Memo attached. (1 in Bahasa, another in English). The subject inside of both memo in bahasa or english, are clearly stated on "xxx, will be shutdown for 3days", with there is no others summary in the email, but just a very big signature.
What's a joke that a "human" leader sending such a mis-leading email with "WRONG" subject. The worse is, this is not the first time anymore.
Reporter: "Do you received that email? what is your espression on it?"
MXXY: "It is really stupid..Gasoline won it with no shame."
YBTY: "I think she is really screwed-up"
(suddenly, interrupted by a guy into the conversation)
KFYK: "Gasoline is totally screwed-up. No doubt. Very damn...tututu....stupid"

CMC: "Gasoline, did a very good job all this year. And I am very proud of it. This is still not the best of her. She can do better, and I believe strongly she will do better in the future."

Another meaningful remarkable step of my life,
I have signed an official declaration form on "organ donation after death" under National Transplant Resource Centre.
and, will fax to respective party on 1st January 2009. It doesn't matter for the time. I just wish I can be the first guy signed in 2009.
My personal point of view, it is a meaningful to myself, and others. Since I do not need my organs anymore after my death. If any one of my organs able to help others to continue their life, why not?
Pls do not mis-understand me, I do not have any intention of suicide or something, I still hold strong enough to live.

Today I witnesses a unusual fight in Semicon companies.
A "F", refused to help his "Q" son even though "S" offered conditionally help.
What the "F"cuker doing?
"S"cuker, offered a conditionally help is very reasonable, where he is request the "F"cuker offerred the same to his "Q" son as what he does. "S"cuker wants "F"cuker to show his sincerity on helping his own child. But, only god knows what this "F"cuker thinking...he refused.
I really very fcuk-up with this "F"cuker. I wish this "F"cuker can giving a talk or attending a communication in Malaysia, so that I can throw my "unwanted" shoe towards his fcuking face. I beg he is not fast as B.

我很确定, 我家 "打蚊器" 的老头, 肯定不懂得分辨 "Liabilities" 和 "Assets" 的差别.
错误把工程师当是 "Liabilities", 把"指挥官(老板)当成 "Assets".
不停从外引进 "高薪指挥官"; 不管工程师的埋怨, 让他们一个又一个失望的离开.
落到如此负债累累的下场, 还能归咎于谁?
但值得开心的是, 我找到了我的伯乐......那就是我自己... 你同意吗?

心情是复杂的...
我很想很尽责从事我的工作, 至少我还是有寄托,

How Often you wash your Jeans?
Normally, I can easily heard from friends, about man will not wash/change their jeans in 1 week.
I have even friend only wash his/her jeans in half yearly basis.
I can understand, because if you wash your jeans too often. It's colour with easily faded. Especially when you wash it using your washing machine.
But, I notice there is a girl wearing same mini jean skirt 2 days... (sorry, I am not offending her, and I am not ham sap).
Don't tell me you won't look at a girl's attire when she is standing infront of you. I won't believe, unless you are blind.
Girls, tell me, will you wearing the same mini jean skirt in continuous 2 days?
(normally, girl very particular on cleanliness, but we got a special)

5S Using Your Handphone Camera
Nowaday, it is very hard to get a handphone without camera. It is not because of there is no market, it's simply human materialistic mindset. The global warming is increasing, the technology rapidly develope, there is no point we take a reverse bus. In chinese, we always say, 开倒车.
Think...if you are not a blogger, if you are holding your camera phone (> 2M pixels), if you are not taking your own naked picture or video online, how often do you use the camera on your phone.
In manufacturing plant, we always very particular on the "machine utilization". In reallife, we should also practise the same way... let's utilize your camera phone.
I used to do 5S using my camera phone. I have a lot of bags.. and I have very weak memory (instead, it is my laziness), I can't even remember where did it keep them after months.
Now, I start to use my camera phone. I take the pictures in ORDERING of putting all the bags one by one into a "big" travelling luggage.
Then, I will transfer all the pictures into a folder in my PC. I created several folders, named as "Room #"..And also rename the picture to respective items name. For example, Type_Owner_Brand_Color.jpg
Once you would like to search it, it will be very easy.
But, make sure you putting it into it's original place after used. Else, Don't talk about any 5S. It just won't happen.

Guan Ying Ma
This "Guan Ying Ma" spoiled my mood today. Asking me to explain to her, why the lot was not running according to her instruction. She do nothing, not coordinating, everyday asking status, and sitting down in her and wait...now, even put me on the desk, after i finished the her job. Fcuk her!
I promised myself, I would not deal with her anymore.

Cholesterol can’t dissolve in the blood. It has to be transported to and from the cells by carriers called lipoproteins. There is 2 types of lipoproteins known as Low-density lipoprotein, or LDL, is known as “bad” cholesterol and High-density lipoprotein, or HDL, is known as “good” cholesterol.

I knew it better since 2 years ago, where I intented to have a medical checkup before my marriage. (2 years later, now I am still single, what's a 'good' planner)
I found out, I obtained slightly higher LDL in my body. I can't believe it, until the doctor told me. in the pass, I never think that a man as thin as me (~55kg) having high cholesterol (what's other ppl said).
After that medical check-up, I take less high cholesterol foods, which is my favourite. Beef, pork, lamb, "inner parts", and sea foods.....It's very hard, to refuse a plate of "xiu yok" in front of you, aren't you? especially for those, we called it "san cheng rou in chinese.
unresistable, right? "xiu yok" is so nice...and the seagfood..also the beef...yummy...eat'em in "half-cook", lagi best.
Therefore, I reduced the intake for mostly 2 months. Then, I choose to forgot I had "high LDL".
(We should actually called it "high LDL", rather than "high cholesterol", caused "high cholesterol" is not bad at all).
Doctor suggests us to have a medical checkup at least every 2 year is cost-reasonable and for earlier detection.
So, it is about 2 years from my last medical check-up. I am gonna to take another checkup early of next January. I couldn't let the doctor repeats the same sentences to me and in front of my gf about my "high LDL". No more please!! I am so healthy. I played sport everyday. I really can't accept it, ok?
I am not Kenny, I am thin man.!!
So, starting from now, I am going to watch out my LDL level, but I still can resist on my favourite food. So, I decided start to eat "Qatmeal", every morning and afternoon break.
With every morning, 3 tps of oat in coffee, and 4tps in afternoon, I hope my LDL will get lower.
Also, I will monitoring my blood pressure as well.

I am thin, with healthy body, and low LDL, I can do it!

Back from FJ Benjamin Warehouse Sales
As promised to V, we went to KL on Friday afternoon, and reached KL by 1:30pm. We parked our car at Time Square, and walked to Park Royal Hotel, it's just 5 minutes walk.
The traffic was jammed-up over there. Cars moving like turtle at the junctions between the hotel and Berjaya Time Square.
@ the time we arrived @ Park Royal hotel, we would already noticed many ppl carrying a blue shopping bag printed "FJ Benjamin" at the lobby of the hotel. wow...really so cheap meh...?
Before I decided to came up here from melaka, I received 2 versions of comments.
1. "My friend said, FJ Benjamin warehouse sales is really sales...it's cheap..抵到烂..."
2. "My friend said, FJ benjamin warehouse sales, even it is discount a lot, but still expensive."
The warehouse sales was located at a ballroom @ Level 2. Once we reached Level 2, first, as usual, there is always credit card promoter blocking our way. from HSBC. it's ok, since Friday was the preview day for HSBC credit card members, and additional 10% disc to us.
I have been some time not using my HSBC credit card, planning to terminate it, but still "soft-hearted" to give them another chance. So, it's matched the time. We have to show our cards at the entrance, check-in with "pack" my gf bag like those hypermarket do.
And, we walked in.
Damn it. It's very crowded even on weekday, and after lunch hours. Unbelievable, when we said it is recession time, we still have some much of ppl coming out for shopping. Everyone is busy grabbing their clothes. at least tens in the queue waiting for fitting room.

I take my steps to the watches area. There is GUESS, GC, NAUTICA...etc branded watches. I spent more than 10min, to squeeze into the counter.. aimed for a nike hammer watch. It's cheap.. I bought 1 nike hammer watch, with RM135 (inclusive of additional 10% disc from HSBC). I think it was at least selling at shop with RM400. I saw there is a very nice NAUTICA watches, which after discount, still costs RM500. wow...so expensive. I believe it is at least costs RM1k at shop.

V, also bought herself a GUESS watch with same price, and she went to the lingerie area, while I am looking around.
I saw banana republic, gap, guess, and raoul branded clothes and jean.
There are so messy around... their price ranged from at least RM60 - RMxxx. The most expensive from RAOUL, range from RM80-500.

But, still got leng chai want to buy it.
After queueing up for 30mins, I bought another 2 new GUESS jeans for myself. which costs RM170 per piece. (exclusive 10% disc from HSBC).
V told me, La senza lingerie, is really very cheap sales. 3 bras with RM99, and 10 briefs with RM40. Unbelievable low price. if you would check on their normal price. You will know it worth to come to this warehouse sales.
I promised myself, if there is next time, I will definitely come again. Maybe I would buy myself some RAOUL clothes with NAUTICA watches next time.
At the end, my reply to my 2 friends.. It is worth to come, both of you are right, it is discount but still expensive, it's just a sales for luxury stuff.

There are so messy around... their price ranged from at least RM60 - RMxxx. The most expensive from RAOUL, range from RM80-500.
Price of RAOUL shirt @ RM180But, still got leng chai want to buy it.
V told me, La senza lingerie, is really very cheap sales. 3 bras with RM99, and 10 briefs with RM40. Unbelievable low price. if you would check on their normal price. You will know it worth to come to this warehouse sales.
I promised myself, if there is next time, I will definitely come again. Maybe I would buy myself some RAOUL clothes with NAUTICA watches next time.

A Letter to 5 cents Managing Director
To "5-cents Managing Director",
My dearest Director, I called up IT helpdesk, and submitted a IT request to solve a software issue yesterday. Due to they can't solved it at that moment. Then they help me to raise a ticket to pass over to their support team to follow up at the end of the day. Ok, I am fine.
This morning, I received a "ticket resolved" message, with asking me to submit another change request ticket. It's that mean the case has been resolved? Nope, not at all. They simply close the case with telling me, to submit another request ticket. Wow! I can't believe it, I am actually working in a government sector. Why can't they follow up the 1st ticket and do whatever they want to solve it?
My problem was very simple actually. I was originally granted the access to a software, but after moved to Senai, I was unable to login anymore.
If service helpdesk to pay by counting of "resolved" tickets, my case was actually needed 2 tickets to solve instead it suppose to be one only. 2 tickets submitted up to now, I am not sure whether they will ask me again for 3rd tickets. Good business for them, but we squeeze ourself like hell until out share reaching 5cents today.
We are in a company of carrying FAST, CREATIVE, PASSIONATE. But we need at least 2 tickets to solve the one IT issue. What's a shame!
Pls look into it. Not telling me again "Pls refer to your immediate superior if you have any further question."

Semicon Conditions in Malaysia
At this recent economy crisis, Semiconductor factories was also facing very difficult situation in Malaysia. Everyday we talked about, was "how much is the share price of our company now?", "When the VSS storm will reach us?", "Every company is planning to shutdown during christmas, when is our turn?", "When I will be laid off?", "Where else can I go right at this moment?"... Everyone is worrying about their "rice-bowl". Yesterday, I received a forward email, which is very informative on the semicon conditions.
In M'sia,
1) Flextronics 4 days week for Month Nov and Dec.
2) AMD Penang announced this morning VSS lay off 500 employees.
3) Spansion force to take leave (5 days in this quarter)
4) Jabil planned shut down from Dec 24 to Jan 4, will be 6 days leave.
5) Agilent planned shut down from Dec 24 to Jan 4, will be 6 days leave.
6) ASE shut down every fortnightly on Monday starting from Nov 3.
7) Fairchild planned 'Mass Vacation' for 9 days leave in FY08.
8) (added by me!) National Semiconductor & Infineon Melaka planned
shut down during Christmas, and will only resume work after new year.
All Executives' AL will be deducted accordingly.
Others countries:
9) ST-NXP Wireless cuts 500 jobs World-Wide, including subcontractors,
from the current total of more than 7500 people.
10) Flextronics cuts 118 jobs in Limerick, Ireland
11) Dell lays off 700 in Ireland
12) STMicro to lay off at Phoenix facility
13) Dell workers asked to take unpaid vacation
14) Tele-Fonika Kable to cut 900
15) (added by me!) National Semiconductor announced today
to reduce workforce by lay off 330 worldwide, except malaysia.

In such a bad market at this moment, I advise everyone of you, pls "peluk tiang", stay at your current company, work hard, helps your company to fight the storm.
1) Peluk, no matter the "tiang" is thin, fat or slanting (as mine)
2) No matter what you do, sleeping, sitting, or holding unvoluntary, as long as you hold strong with the "Tiang"
3) Don't be selfish, hold the "Tiang" not alone, but "Beramai - ramai"
4) Do not jumping from "Tiang A" to "Tiang B". No "Tiang" is secure now

Reduce EPF ; Higher Income tax
Recently, our Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced that EPF members could reduce their monthly contributions from 11% to 8% to give them more disposable income. The announcement was part of a stimulus package to help boost economic growth.
Few days later, EPF said the reduction of the employees’ contribution from 11% to 8% would be made automatically for the ease of members and to facilitate implementation measures. For those members who wish to maintain their 11% contribution rate can still do so by filling up Form KWSP 17A (AHL) and handing it to their employers for submission to EPF.
Another stupidity action from government forcing the residents to withdraw their "future" money for usage. It is very obvious that, no survey being done before announce this so-called "economy boost pills" to encourage residents to spend more in this crisis.
While everyone is yelling on the troublesome to maintain the 11% of EPF contribution, where we need to filling form, submit form. Don't you notice the motive behind this action?
Even MTUC disagreed with the EPF reduction, Someone just don't care.
Think again.....still don't get it? pls link this government action with income tax. Do you realize what really working behind?
It's easy. The more money you spent, the more money you need pay for your income tax. Let's refer to the income tax form, while your EPF contrinbution lesser, meaning your net income will be increased. And due to the "deductive of indiviual" still maintained at 8000, it is meaning that you will be tax higher due to higher net income. So...Tax again, goes into whose pocket? government!! So, who is the final winner to suck up all our money?

Definitely there is a batches ppl benefited from this stupid EPF action. They are those low income employees can easily escaped from paying tax because their yearly income does not reached rm30k.
