Back from FJ Benjamin Warehouse Sales

As promised to V, we went to KL on Friday afternoon, and reached KL by 1:30pm. We parked our car at Time Square, and walked to Park Royal Hotel, it's just 5 minutes walk.

The traffic was jammed-up over there. Cars moving like turtle at the junctions between the hotel and Berjaya Time Square.

@ the time we arrived @ Park Royal hotel, we would already noticed many ppl carrying a blue shopping bag printed "FJ Benjamin" at the lobby of the hotel. wow...really so cheap meh...?

Before I decided to came up here from melaka, I received 2 versions of comments.

1. "My friend said, FJ Benjamin warehouse sales is really sales...it's cheap..抵到烂..."
2. "My friend said, FJ benjamin warehouse sales, even it is discount a lot, but still expensive."

The warehouse sales was located at a ballroom @ Level 2. Once we reached Level 2, first, as usual, there is always credit card promoter blocking our way. from HSBC. it's ok, since Friday was the preview day for HSBC credit card members, and additional 10% disc to us.

I have been some time not using my HSBC credit card, planning to terminate it, but still "soft-hearted" to give them another chance. So, it's matched the time. We have to show our cards at the entrance, check-in with "pack" my gf bag like those hypermarket do.

And, we walked in.

Damn it. It's very crowded even on weekday, and after lunch hours. Unbelievable, when we said it is recession time, we still have some much of ppl coming out for shopping. Everyone is busy grabbing their clothes. at least tens in the queue waiting for fitting room.

I take my steps to the watches area. There is GUESS, GC, NAUTICA...etc branded watches. I spent more than 10min, to squeeze into the counter.. aimed for a nike hammer watch. It's cheap.. I bought 1 nike hammer watch, with RM135 (inclusive of additional 10% disc from HSBC). I think it was at least selling at shop with RM400. I saw there is a very nice NAUTICA watches, which after discount, still costs RM500. wow...so expensive. I believe it is at least costs RM1k at shop.

V, also bought herself a GUESS watch with same price, and she went to the lingerie area, while I am looking around.

I saw banana republic, gap, guess, and raoul branded clothes and jean.
There are so messy around... their price ranged from at least RM60 - RMxxx. The most expensive from RAOUL, range from RM80-500.

After queueing up for 30mins, I bought another 2 new GUESS jeans for myself. which costs RM170 per piece. (exclusive 10% disc from HSBC).

V told me, La senza lingerie, is really very cheap sales. 3 bras with RM99, and 10 briefs with RM40. Unbelievable low price. if you would check on their normal price. You will know it worth to come to this warehouse sales.

I promised myself, if there is next time, I will definitely come again. Maybe I would buy myself some RAOUL clothes with NAUTICA watches next time.

At the end, my reply to my 2 friends.. It is worth to come, both of you are right, it is discount but still expensive, it's just a sales for luxury stuff.
