Below was a true story happened to one of my friend in Melaka.
My friend was acknowledged, and allowed me to post it at my blog.
READ the advice at the bottom, and learnt it, it is especially important nowaday, as many of unemployed professionals out there, sick of finding their quick money to keep surviving or paying their bills/loans.

A true story…my sister was kidnapped.
My parent received a strange phone call yesterday. At first, there was a young lady crying for help in the phone. My father was panic and asking what happen to you Fang! ( my younger sister ). After that there was a guy from the other side of the phone threathing my parent that he has kidnapped my younger sister. He request my parent to pay him 200k in 1 hour time. He also threathening my parent that he will rape my sister if they report to police. With suspicious,my ask my father to call my younger sister while she is negotiating with the kidnapper. Unfortunately my father did not manage to get my sister!! OMG she was kidnapped!!!
My mother begging to the kidnapper that she only managed to raise 30k in an hour time. The kidnapper agreed and ask my mum to bank in the money into the account he provided. My mother request to hear my sister voice once more time but according to the kidnapper, he has injected my sister and she is unconcious now.
With no delay,my mum rush to ayer keroh RHB bank and seek help from the bank manager to bank in the money into that account. The manager told my mum that this account belongs to a lady at SERDANG head quarter. After bank in the money, the kidnapper told my mum that he has dropped my sister at Ayer Keroh Tol but my parent couldn't find my sister at there.After waited for few hours, they decided to look for my sister's friend parent. (my sister went to Tioman with her lady friend ). They managed to find the parent and tell them the incident happen. Uncle X ( my sis friend's father ) try to call their daughter but failed too. They start to feel anxious and scare that same thing might happen to their kid. He tried to called Tioman's chalet and finally managed to get them. That 2 kids were out to middle of the sea for snorkelling!!!! They were safe, none of them were being kidnapped!!! It was a con kidnapped phone call. My parent feel relief after knowing my sister was safe. Poor mum & dad, rushing here and there for nothing.
With no delay, Uncle X ask my mum to call the bank manager to STOP the transaction. The bank manager managed to HANG the transaction temporarily but he request my parent to provide police report as a proof that my mum is telling the truth. My parent make a police report and the police told them that they will be able to arrest the kidnapper if he withdraw the money from bank.
Pls disseminate this msg to others. Be alert and don't be con by this kind of phone call. This is a true story that my parent experience.I can't believe that this kind of thing will happen to my family. We always read from newspaper and wondering why the victim can't think logically. But when it happen to you, no more logical and rasional thinking…what in your mind is how to safe your family!
Be extra careful and make sure you leave detail to your parent when you are out station. Pls call them when you reach your destination.Remember someone is waiting for you at home.
Think about yourself, think twice about your family and loved.

半個月前,
- 卒仔被命令在二月份拿一天無薪假期, 三月份要拿兩天無薪假期.
- 將士們則被命令從二月份起每個星期得拿一天無薪假期, 到三月份.
現在,
- 所有員工都被'鼓勵'在三月份停工兩個星期, 拿75巴仙的月薪. (备有附帶條件)
附帶條件:
1. 必須在三月份至少做11天的工, 當中不包括休假.

Earth Hour Joys
Earth Hour, a events started in 2007 in Sydney, Australia, with about 2.2billion of homes/businesses voluntarily turned their lights off for 1 hour, returning a original looks of globe at night. Darkness.
It is a global call to action to every individual, every business and every community. A call to stand up, to take responsibility and to get involved in working towards a sustainable future.
This year, in 2009. We urge you to join us for only one hour, turning off your lights on 28 March 2009 (Saturdays), from 8:30pm. Be one of the billion globe residents who show their concern on the sustainable future.
It is not only showing your concerns, it also save your 1-hour $ electric bill. But the most important is the participation on such a global event.
I signed it up, and for sure I will turn off my lights at home, then I can have a lovely can dinner with my wife, can have a walk with her in the garden or.. plan for a gathering...maybe
How wonderful if I own a cafe, a concern cafe. I definitely will turning off all the lights on that day, to have some hide-n-seek, darkness draw, guess-who, etc..just for fun.

貧民百萬富翁 - Slumdog Millionaire
A movie using questions asked in "Who wants to be a millionaire?" to reflect a life of a Indian young man, Jamal Malik, who serves tea in call centre. He taken 20 million rupees from the show as he managed all questions to him on the show. No one was expected this to happen, from the residents, show host, to police, as he is known as a un-educated slumdog in India.
The movie starts with Jamal Malik being investigated by inspectors, accusing him of cheating in the show, "Who wants to be a millionaire?". Jamal was caught on the day when he won 10mil rupees, and sending for a rest before approaches to the the final question on the next day.
Jamal explains how he managed to answer all the questions. "It's destiny!" as what Jamal explained. There is million questions can asked, but almost all questions asked in the show, was the only answers Jamal knew from his life, nothing more than that.
How Jamal's knew the answers? The movie is conveyed in a series of flashbacks documenting the particulars of his childhood, on how he got the answers.
There is scenes of him obtaining actor's autograph, witnesses the death of his mom during Hindu-Muslim riots, forming the three musketeers (Jamal brother, Salim, and a girl named Latika) before he met gangster, Maman, who these children first known him as god, as he provide free foods for them.
Maman, used to provide food to street kids, in the return asking them to beg for money. To double the income, Maman also blinded the children. Salim and Jamal managed to run away, while Latika failed to escape from Maman control.
Two brothers, grow up in a way of travelling on top of trains, selling goods, pretending tours guide, and pickpocketing.
Jamal, unforgetting Latika, where he insists to go back to Mumbai to locate Latika...
