Danboism の曱甴: Flavours ~ Nyonya Restaurant

The last month before I moved to Johor for work, every lunch seems interest to us, as we always search for some new restaurants that we never been before to have our lunch. and I found out below restaurant - "Flavours: Nyonya & Asian Cuisine", which formerly known as "Bulldog Cafe".

At glance, they are providing nyonya foods, chinese, western, and japanese food, etc.

I recommended it, because of its reasonable price, and of course delicious dishes. With a reasonable RM3.50, you can have a nyonya fried rice, mee, etc, and below RM12 to have a fantastic black pepper chicken chop. Frankly speaking, the chicken chop is much more delicious compared to a very famous cake franchisers in town, Secret xxxxxx. Pls give it a try.

Highly recommended the "Pai Tee" and "Cendol". Pai Tee is quite new to me, it taste good, but without compare to others restaurant, no comment yet. For cendol, it is much much better than the 2 famous cendols that I normally had along jonker street, malacca.

It provide very good environment for lunch, a pool with koi fish, old tuffs was putting around the restaurants. Although no air-con over there, but surprisingly, it is not warm at all. Unless you wearing a thick polo shirt matches with a damn hot day.

I think I have been there for lunch more than 4 times in last month, until the aunty there recognized me. I brought my gf, parents (down from Negeri), friends (down from penang), all of them nothing to says on offered dishes with such a reasonable price, just thumb-up.
