I read a article some days ago, it's regarding to some words from Nissan's CEO. Well...He is the god of Nissan, picking up Nissan in their down-time, and impressively leading it into a bright future now. How he able to make it? He said, it's all about the team spirit from Nissan. Every single employee, from directors to operators, are of same goal - Let's grow, and save the company.
They are all willing to sacrify their private time, converting the impossible to possible, and just go for if it is good for company.
I am currently in a company which faced losses in 2 consecutive quarters, and still no team spirit can be seen. Why we can't have this team spirit to save the company? A compnay with >60% newbies, everyone like sleeping in the dark, no direction.
